Job Title: Senior UI Designer – Contract

Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Atlanta, GA (Tuesdays required, 2 additional days flexible)
Contract Type: W2 Contract (6 months)
Pay Rate: $55-60/hr (W2)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior UI Designer to join a high-impact UX team at our client. This 6-month contract role will support a small, highly skilled group of designers responsible for delivering pixel-perfect UI, performing accessibility checks, and ensuring seamless developer handoffs.

This is a hands-on position ideal for a designer who thrives on final fit and finish rather than early-stage conceptual work. You’ll play a critical role in helping the team scale by bringing attention to detail and delivering polished, production-ready design assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize and refine UI deliverables across web and application interfaces.

• Conduct accessibility checks to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

• Partner closely with developers to ensure clean, high-quality design handoffs.

• Support and enhance the existing design system in collaboration with the design team.

• Help maintain efficiency within the team by owning end-to-end delivery of assigned UI tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UI design, ideally within enterprise-scale organizations.

• Strong portfolio showcasing pixel-perfect final deliverables you personally created.

• Proven accessibility knowledge and experience incorporating accessibility best practices.

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Detail-oriented with a passion for polish, consistency, and user experience.

• Self-sufficient and able to manage workload independently without heavy oversight.

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite each week at our Atlanta, GA office.

• Tuesdays onsite are required for team meetings; the other two days onsite are flexible.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-visibility UX team making a major impact across the company.

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $55.00 to $60.00/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
