TITLE: Communications Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communications programs to drive organizational change, action, and information sharing across large sales organizations
- Execute communications strategies to fulfill major company goals
- Ensure consistent messaging that conveys the customer-focused culture
- Write for multiple mediums, including sales support resources, leadership updates, and sales education
- Adhere to corporate brand guidelines in all communications
- Develop campaign plans, including timelines and approval systems
- Track and prioritize tactics and deadlines
- Obtain and analyze communication performance metrics
- Interface with cross-functional teams throughout the organization
- Create systems for accountability, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms
- Understand business objectives and evaluate communication effectiveness
- Stay connected with key support services, external suppliers, and business areas
Requirements:
- Loves to design and execute communication plans
- Creative thinker with effective communication skills in writing and verbally
- Experience with a variety of communication tools, including sales resources, sales education, email, and video
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong messaging skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear messages
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player; flexible
- Results- and service-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of individuals and groups

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $37.05 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
