Partner Growth Strategist
W2 contract until 12/31/26 – potential to extend
Hybrid in Culver City CA
Required Skills:
- Over 10 years of experience in media planning, strategy, or related roles
- Proven expertise in global paid media strategy, particularly in TV and digital distributions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and strategic plans to leadership
- Ability to analyze media performance data, with a focus on measurement models and LTVs
- Experience leading creative production and campaign launch processes
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data science collaboration
- Knowledge of the streaming media landscape and entertainment industry trends
- Experience working with international or cross-cultural teams
- Previous exposure to sports or entertainment media campaigns
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in media strategy, planning, or media agency settings
- Demonstrated success in managing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns for global brands
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $100.00 to $113.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
