Consumer Insights Program Manager
TITLE: Consumer Insights Program Manager
LOCATION: New York, NY
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/05/2026 to 01/04/2026
Responsibilities:
- Own program management to keep multiple related workstreams organized, moving, and unblocked.
- Analyze user feedback and AI-driven insights; use existing tools/custom tooling to prepare summaries and reports for product teams.
- Support launch readiness: track what’s launching, what help content needs updates, and route updates back to internal stakeholders/teams.
- Partner with mostly U.S.-based stakeholders across internal teams; ensure clear communication and follow-through.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication.
- Agility / ability to pivot and learn quickly in a changing environment.
- Diligence / strong follow-through (staying on top of details and keeping work on track).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior program management experience with evidence they can keep deliverables on track.
- Comfort jumping into Agile ways of working (can learn quickly if not experienced).
- Data analytics familiarity is helpful (not necessarily deep technical skills).
- PMP or other certs are nice to have, not required.
- Enterprise background can help sometimes but is not required.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $111.60 to $145.91(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
