TITLE: Data Analyst

LOCATION: Cupertino, CA (on-site Tuesday – Thursday)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with finance, marketing, and business teams to define key financial and operational metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and overall business performance.
  • Develop and maintain recurring financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Analyze trends across internal and external data sources to provide actionable insights on revenue performance, customer behavior, and business growth opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking by translating data into clear financial narratives for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize metrics, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership, influencing decisions and driving measurable business outcomes.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience designing data collection processes and structuring best practices
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial finance or related roles

  • Strong analytical skillset; experience building recurring financial reports and meaningful visualizations for leadership
  • Required experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau
  • Understanding of consumer credit processes is a plus
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge outcomes to drive results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Big-picture thinker with curiosity and ownership of details
  • Strong collaborator with global business partners

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60 to $70 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
