We’re seeking a talented and collaborative Full Stack Engineer II to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will design and develop internal web and native applications, automate repetitive processes, and support critical compliance systems, including GDPR data handling workflows. Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
  • Strong back-end development skills using Python, Node.js, Go, or Java
  • Experience building internal tools, admin interfaces, or workflow automation systems
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
  • Solid understanding of version control systems like Git
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of privacy and security standards, including secure coding practices and compliance frameworks like GDPR

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
  • Experience with workflow and automation tools like Airflow or custom scripting
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible
  • Exposure to monitoring, observability, and scripting languages such as Python

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly with internal tools and automation workflows

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Prior experience with privacy, security, and compliance best practices

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
