TITLE: Joint Trench Program Manager
LOCATION: Durham, NC Hybrid
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/11/2026 to 10/10/2026
Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time delivery of conduit to approved project sites.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for joint trench design companies, ensuring the appropriate delivery of conduit plans and As-Built documents.
- Utilize data from Zonda and other permitting software to identify new greenfield opportunities not known through developer relationships.
- Assist in determining other fiber providers in the market and their joint trench activity in areas of interest.
- Report to the Greenfield Program Manager and submit selected Greenfield projects into Salesforce.
- Track project stages through implementation in Sitetrack, completing necessary assessments and forms.
- Support the central team in consolidating joint trench performance according to established standards.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $84.66 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
