Marketing Manager
TITLE: Marketing Manager
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/25/2026 to 12/18/2026
Responsibilities:
- Develops and leads the marketing strategy for a specified area to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs.
- Identifies and communicates key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on investment.
- Manages professional employees and/or supervisors of complex support, production marketing team(s).
- Uses segment-specific marketing strategies and media to launch marketing programs and/or products in collaboration with agencies, product, sales and technical teams.
- Negotiates contracts and activates vendor relationships for the benefit of the company and brand.
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address agility, resource, and operational challenges.
- Provides marketing support for alternative marketing channels such as tradeshows, seminars, and industry sponsorships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, financial services, or related environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in credit card, banking, or financial services marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and products/services.
- MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement is a plus.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $43.07 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
