Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and help lead execution for complex cross-functional marketing campaigns and projects.
- Drive the development of marketing strategy for larger products to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with industry, partner, product, and marketing managers to identify goals, content, and promotion strategies.
- Manage budgets, negotiate sponsorships and participation for optimized outcomes.
- Coordinate logistics and manage outside vendors.
- Serve as a regional expert and “go-to” person in marketing, demonstrating leadership within the broader marketing organization.
- Foster a climate of inclusion, encouraging inclusive decision-making and building psychological safety.
- Develop points of view and standards for advertising, aligning strategic efforts.
- Work with senior marketing leadership to define project strategy and objectives.
- Spearhead initiatives to meet objectives like lead generation and customer advocacy.
- Manage client relationships for media planning and coordinate with global media teams.
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to drive media and public amplification.
- Analyze data to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights.
- Lead multiple media agencies to elevate their work.
- Track and report on campaign ROI based on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics.
- Work with sales leadership to maximize campaign impact.
- Manage relationships with vendors such as registration agencies, livestream platforms, AV vendors, and others.
- Develop promotion plans that maximize awareness and lead generation across digital channels.
- Ensure content and campaigns are high-quality, on-brand, and reflect the company voice.
- Lead development and analysis of social media content, social selling, and activation strategies.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in media placement, social media, communication skills, influencer marketing, SEO, deal negotiation, consumer behavior, project management, growth, creativity, media analysis, and data synthesis.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $81.87 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
