Currently looking for an experienced and well-organized Marketing Producer to support the cross-functional marketing efforts of the Maps and Business Marketing teams. This person will partner directly with the Maps and Business marketing leads and drive overall marketing campaign go-to-market readiness. This role is responsible facilitating campaign workstreams, supervising timelines, managing deliverable trackers, scheduling leadership approval meetings, and maintaining all documentation related to campaign briefing, execution, and delivery. We're looking for a well-organized and self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive the overall marke8ng campaign execu8on for Maps and Business; this can include on and off plaTorm placements • Work collaboratively with all cross-functional marketing departments within Services Markeing (Growth, Media, International, PlaTorm, Editorial, and more) • Own campaign road maps, project scope, creative review trackers, and production schedules • Coordinate and facilitate on-going campaign readiness meetings; highlighting immediate next steps, milestones, and escalation points • Assist with annual and quarterly forecast planning for upcoming marketing priorities • Provide weekly project status updates to Maps and Business Marketing leadership • Collaborating with other Project Managers on tracking standards and protocol to maximize efficiency and speed-to-market
Requirements:
At least 5-7 years of working experience as a Marketing Producer or Marketing Project Manager; experience with executing digital marketing campaigns preferred • Organized, excellent task-tracking experience, and acute aMen8on to detail • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, and deadline driven environment • Excellent communicator and ability to work with all levels of management • Passion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing project management best practices • Direct experience handling cri8cal and confidential information with integrity • Able to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously • Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly • Experience in project management tools such as AirTable, Quip, WorkFront, Wrike, or similar platforms; as well as Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote and Excel
The hourly pay rate for this position is $78.24. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
