Responsibilities:
- Create thumb-stopping content that resonates with diverse audiences across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Design static graphics and edit short-form videos using brand guidelines and current trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform content strategy.
- Support the creation of social toolkits, templates, and creative briefs.
- Monitor and engage with audiences across owned social channels using social media management tools.
- Respond to key comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
- Flag emerging issues, trends, or opportunities to internal teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation (considering 1-2 years with acting/theatre experience/training).
- Experience in community management is a plus.
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Please be prepared to provide a portfolio showcasing your best design work or standout social content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $26.67 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
