TITLE: Merchandising Project Analyst
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (onsite)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 07/06/2026 to 01/31/2027
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing all phases from intake through execution and post-project support.
- Review and ensure all plans are approved by the requester. Upload and track drawings and design issues as needed, managing project status updates through each approval phase.
- Develop comprehensive all-in cost estimates, determining material, IT, camera, and fire suppression requirements to ensure accurate financial planning. Obtain funding information and maintain master list integrity.
- Build detailed MBOMs (Material Bills of Materials) for FCPM review during pre-con walks to identify all necessary components prior to execution.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors including Bailiwick, DSI, Gatekeeper, and fire suppression partners to ensure readiness and timely execution of resets and labor order creation.
- Order and manage all materials and IT equipment (if applicable) required for resets, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with project schedules.
- Resolve pre-execution issues following pre-con walks to ensure smooth execution.
- Escalate any post-execution issues to the IRT team and provide ongoing support until resolution.
- Maintain strong working relationships with RMM and FCPM teams to drive alignment, accountability, and successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experience in project planning, preferably in construction or retail construction.
- Ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
- Onsite availability 9 am to 6 pm, supporting the Western division.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of AI is a plus.
- High school diploma required.
- Five or more years of relevant experience.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $35.00 to $40.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
