Project Manager — Operations Strategy & Execution Enablement (SEE)

Overview

Join the Operations Strategy & Execution Enablement (SEE) team and help drive high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes across our Operations—spanning expense management, risk reduction, customer and employee experience, and operational productivity and quality. In this role, you’ll manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from early ideation and scoping through funding, execution, and benefit delivery. Reporting to a Portfolio Leader, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Operations and the broader organization, serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and help ensure initiatives are delivered with strong governance, clear reporting, and disciplined project standards in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments.

Required Skills

Proven project management capability across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Ability to lead initiatives through ideation, scoping, funding (CapEx and OpEx), execution, and benefit delivery.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills, including with senior leaders.
Experience creating clear project deliverables, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Strong risk, issue, and dependency management with disciplined follow-through.
Ability to provide governance and maintain project momentum through ambiguity and change
Financial management support for initiatives (tracking and managing initiative-level financials)
High energy, resilience, and ability to learn new systems and skillsets quickly.
