Title: Workday Recruiting Product Solutions Consultant
Location: Minneapolis, MN/Charolotte, NC
Duration: 4 months

Responsibilities:

• Configure and enhance Workday Recruiting and Onboarding systems.
• Lead efforts and coordinate with other product groups for cross-functional activities and testing.
• Design, test, and deliver system capabilities to improve candidate, employee, recruiter, and stakeholder experiences.
• Facilitate sessions to automate business processes, rules, and workflows.
• Provide input to product roadmaps for HR web and mobile platforms including Workday, Phenom CRM, and Jira.
• Evaluate new applications, modules, or vendors, define requirements, and manage RFP processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and design positive experiences and resolve platform issues.
• Support system security, reporting, integrations, and operational processes aligned with business needs and compliance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, IT, Legal, and vendors to support end-to-end recruiting and onboarding.
• Maintain Workday Recruiting configuration including requisitions, candidate stages, interview processes, offers, and associated workflows.
• Support and support Workday release management, testing, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer engineering, human resources, or equivalent experience.
• 5 or more years of relevant technical experience in Workday.
• Hands-on experience administering Workday Recruiting and/or Onboarding, including configuration, security, reporting, testing, and support.

Preferred Experience:

• Global configuration experience in Workday.
• Advanced knowledge in requirement gathering, design, prototype, and testing of Workday recruiting and onboarding solutions.
• Strong understanding of I-9 processes, onboarding administration, journeys, and dynamic job application processes.
• Experience working in an agile team and Scrum environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, Phenom CRM platform, E-Verify.
• Demonstrated ability to support automation, process analysis, and technical enhancements.
• Knowledge of HR functions, business rules, and security administration concepts.
• Experience supporting Workday releases, testing, and change control processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop training materials and promote user adoption.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $71.22 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
