TITLE: UX Operations Specialist
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: Now until February 2027
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent technical programs, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, UX, and data teams
- Drive Agile/Scrum-based program planning, prioritization, and delivery across cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner closely with software engineers and product managers to define scope, timelines, dependencies, and execution plans
- Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track progress, risks, and outcomes
- Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for leadership teams
- Translate UX research and user insights into actionable product and program strategies that influence roadmap decisions
- Partner with UX and research teams to elevate insights from validation-focused work into early-stage strategic inputs
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or technical project management
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies
- Proven ability to manage execution across cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes
Preferred Experience:
- Advanced data analysis and synthesis skills, including experience with SQL, data visualization, and building metrics dashboards (e.g., Looker, PLX)
- Experience working with AI/LLM workflows, including synthesizing qualitative data from multiple sources to improve UX research efficiency
- Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex metrics into clear, strategic insights for executive stakeholders
- Deep understanding of UX strategy and the Product Development Process (PDP), with the ability to position research as a key driver of product strategy
- Experience defining and tracking OKRs, building business cases for scaled AI investments, and contributing to team culture and operational programs
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $118.38 to $149.61 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
