ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/01/2026 to 10/26/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Lead change initiatives and develop business processes and data policies.
  • Build a KPI system to track performance for the Techops team.
  • Manage process improvement programs and data stewardship for the Product Lifecycle organization.
  • Review and maintain Agile and ERP data for alignment with data standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and operationalize governance.
  • Lead data cleansing efforts and implement system changes to prevent errors.
  • Coordinate decisions impacting shared data, tools, or processes.
  • Develop root cause remediation strategies for data issues.
  • Design supply chain data models and handle change requests affecting data integrity.
  • Use data management tools and coordinate with the Enterprise Data Governance team.
  • Conduct data audits and report data quality metrics regularly.
  • Drive KPI development, automation, and reporting.
  • Document process flows, create testing scenarios, and validate testing execution.
  • Support training curriculum and conduct readiness assessments.
  • Manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
