Title: Global Sourcing and Supply Manager
Location:  Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 11 Months (Possible extension)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the contact center commodity landscape, leveraging industry dynamics to maximize Client strategic advantages.
  • Conduct supplier financial research, spend analysis, and ad-hoc financial assessments to support high-stakes procurement deals.
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
  • Negotiate supplier terms to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery conditions, with a solid grasp of labor costs, overhead, and SG&A breakdowns.
  • Drive supply chain performance improvements through cost and capacity scenario analysis, benchmarking, and strategic planning.
  • Lead program management efforts, enhancing processes, reporting, escalation procedures, and project execution.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and financial research skills.
  • Proven negotiation expertise with a tenacity and passion for achieving favorable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of influencing cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in supplier management, operations, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex supply chain issues.
  • End-to-end ownership of contract negotiations, including commercial and legal aspects, is highly desirable.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with contact center or related commodities.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with process development.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Several years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as required to support supplier relationships and strategic initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or similar certifications are a plus.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $68/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
