TITLE: Business Program Manager

LOCATION: Mountain View, CA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 04/06/2026 to 08/06/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and review program goals and prioritization.
  • Translate stakeholders’ needs into program goals and deliverables.
  • Own the definition of program roadmap and work streams.
  • Drive decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain relationships to build rapport and credibility.
  • Plan, create, and deliver content to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
  • Establish and track processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hold stakeholders/own teams accountable for following established processes.
  • Identify sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources.
  • Ensure work aligns with compliance/privacy policies.
  • Identify opportunities for and implement process improvements.
  • Support or promote process adoption within teams.
  • Develop and manage project/program roadmaps, communicate plans, and coordinate resources.
  • Deliver strategic communications to various stakeholder groups.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic partnership activities.
  • Lead risk identification, assessment, and monitoring activities.
  • Develop documentation defining scope, design, deliverables, milestones, and management processes.
  • Develop or refine Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Track progress on OKRs with leadership.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and drive strategic programs, facilitating leadership decision-making.
  • Establish key program metrics and manage teams to ensure success.
  • Collect and track impact metrics, leveraging data to drive results.
  • Identify and collaborate with product and service experts.
  • Make decisions to resolve or prevent issues and mitigate risks.
  • Support post-program implementation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Establish and communicate program vision and objectives, securing stakeholder buy-in.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems and set program goals.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $116.51 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
