Safety Project Manager
Join our dynamic team as a Safety Project Manager and be at the forefront of ensuring workplace safety and compliance across complex projects. This critical role combines leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise to develop and implement safety protocols that protect our personnel and meet regulatory standards. As the Safety Project Manager, you will lead safety initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in safety practices to foster a safety-first culture.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in safety management, ideally within construction, industrial, or large-scale project environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, OSHA compliance standards, and industry safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to develop, implement, and audit safety programs and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to train and influence staff at all levels
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or OSHA Safety Certifications
- Experience with safety management software and reporting tools
- Prior experience with environmental health and safety (EHS) programs
- Familiarity with risk assessment and incident investigation techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in safety management, with a demonstrated track record of successful safety program implementation
- Prior project management experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel locally or regionally as needed for project sites
- Valid safety certifications and up-to-date training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $32.00 to $47.64 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
