TITLE: Data Analyst III
LOCATION: Culver City, CA (hybrid)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/25/2026 to 05/25/2027
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of internal data tools, dashboards, and reports.
- Assist with building AI workflows to automate data analysis and reporting.
- Analyze large data sets and create data visualizations.
- Provide strategic insights to support data-driven decision making.
- Develop tools and analysis to support organizational objectives.
- Build, scale, and maintain data infrastructures and reporting solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and resolve issues proactively.
- Identify trends and patterns in financial data for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
- Manage code, scripts, and analytical assets in GitHub with version control.
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and tools.
- Build and deploy AI agents for routine data tasks and system integration.
- Evaluate and onboard AI tools, create reusable prompts, and automate analysis.
- Document AI workflows and train team members on their use.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in tools, platforms, or applications implementation.
- 5+ years of experience implementing business processes in software tools.
- Proficient in SQL (relational and cloud databases) and Python (pandas, numpy, jupyter).
- Experience with Snowflake and ETL/Reverse ETL processes.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills in financial data management.
- Ability to diagnose, solve, and escalate data pipeline issues.
- Experience with data pipeline development and data management.
- Familiarity with Git and Github, including repository management.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt writing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with GitHub actions, CI/CD, or automation pipelines.
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Understanding of AI tool security and responsible data handling.
- Experience with Financial Data such as Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.
- Building or customizing AI assistants or prompt libraries.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $85.00(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
