TITLE: Contracts Manager
LOCATION: Rosemead, CA (hybrid)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/21/2026 to 11/20/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, internet, and ecommerce contracts including online advertising insertion orders, consulting services agreements, statements of work, marketing and promotion agreements, non-disclosure agreements, recruiting agreements, and other commercial agreements.
  • Interpret and draft contractual language incorporating legal and business concepts.
  • Maintain an understanding of the company’s functions, products, and services.
  • Analyze contracts, conduct research, and respond to complex questions on agreement provisions.
  • Ensure company policies are incorporated into contractual documents and review for acceptable terms.
  • Negotiate contract changes and vary requests from standards, seeking additional approval if needed.
  • Coordinate with business colleagues to obtain approvals for non-standard contracts.
  • Monitor contract expirations and pursue renewals when appropriate.
  • Collaborate on revisions to contract templates and serve as liaison among departments for contract processing.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, including revenue recognition and complex negotiations.
  • Upload signed agreements to the contract management system.
  • Perform legal-related tasks as assigned and assist with special projects.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of project management experience in related field.
  • 2 years of contract management experience
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience developing medium to complex project schedules using MS Project.
  • Experience maintaining project budgets and developing financial forecasts.
  • Experience interpreting and/or designing electrical single-line and logic diagrams.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction and MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) drawings.
  • Thorough knowledge of project, program, or contract management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Typically possess five to eight years of experience in program or contract management.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or other related fields
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with OSHA safety

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 to $51.08 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
