TITLE: Journey Builder IV
LOCATION: Culver City, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/30/2026 to 06/29/2027
Responsibilities:
- Drive and perform day-to-day operational workflows of Central Marketing
- Work cross-functionally with strategy, product, engineering, and business to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications
- Develop and execute customer notifications for acquisition and engagement initiatives
- Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys by assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational plans, deliverables, and risks are aligned
- Optimize performance through A/B testing, monitor campaign performance, and identify and communicate issues to internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, and processes and product tooling
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
- Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, or Oracle Responsys
- High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking
- Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner
- Ability to react calmly to curveballs, devise contingency plans, make judgment calls, and pivot as needed under pressure
- Effective communication skills in all mediums—from slack and email to presentations
- Passion for products and services and deep familiarity with the ecosystem of services and hardware
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in SQL
- BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $75.37 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
