We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Program Quality Engineer to champion quality across innovative programs in manufacturing. In this pivotal role, you will support new product development by establishing robust quality systems, refining measurement methods, and analyzing build data to ensure every product meets the highest standards of excellence. Your expertise will help shape the future of high-volume manufacturing, ensuring process capability and product reliability while collaborating seamlessly across global teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- A technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, especially with consumer electronics, automotive, or medical devices.
- Strong knowledge of advanced product quality planning, testing, kitting, and packaging processes.
- Proficiency with measurement equipment and techniques, including GD&T and metrology.
- Skilled in advanced statistical tools such as SPC, AQL, GR&R, and process capability analysis (Cpk).
- Sharp problem-solving abilities with a knack for root cause analysis and corrective actions under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in JMP and/or Minitab for data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with Quality Systems, Design of Experiments, and Reliability methods.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools for data analysis and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of automated inspection systems and quality monitoring methods like IQC, OQC, and ORT.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and conveying complex updates to senior management.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML integration into quality workflows
- Background in advanced inspection systems
- Expertise in measurement system analysis and statistical process control
Preferred Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume manufacturing environments, with a solid understanding of process capability and quality assurance.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel as needed to manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in quality management or process excellence are a plus.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $79 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
