Wireless Module Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic Wireless Module Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative wireless modules from conceptual design to mass production. Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of industry experience in wireless module development
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless technologies
- Proven program management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and system optimization expertise
- Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Over 2 years of experience with wireless module development from early concept to production for consumer electronics
- Knowledge in packaging, product engineering, ATE, and reliability engineering
- Vendor management experience and ability to lead cross-time-zone meetings
- Familiarity with wireless module manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical skills with test data interpretation and corrective action implementation
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience, with additional preferred experience listed above
Other Requirements:
- This role offers a hybrid schedule, combining both remote and on-site work
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate diverse teams

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 to $52.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
