We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented RF Technician IV to join our dynamic lab environment. In this pivotal role, you’ll build, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated RF test setups, ensuring seamless operations that drive the future of wireless communication.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lab operations and technical support within RF environments
- Hands-on expertise with RF test equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)
- Strong skills in RF setup assembly, calibration, and signal verification
- Excellent organizational skills and experience managing lab inventory and equipment
- Proficiency with lab management tools like Excel
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of lab safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting Wireless SoC or RF hardware development projects
- Familiarity with RF components, measurement techniques, and best practices
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative engineering teams
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior involvement in RF hardware testing and calibration
- Demonstrated success in supporting complex lab environments
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to manage calibration schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Willingness to support equipment servicing and technical documentation for audits

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 to $52.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
