What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily customer backlog management, providing recovery dates based on detailed supply plans and collaborating with OEMs.
- Analyze weekly supply requirements for new buys and repairs, utilizing advanced supply planning systems.
- Place purchase orders and work proactively with OEMs to expedite supply when demand surges within lead times.
- Maintain precise planning parameters in our supply planning system to ensure smooth weekly operations.
- Publish and communicate weekly Master Production Schedules (MPS) to multiple OEM partners.
- Proactively ensure material availability, manage inventory levels, and resolve shortages to support production demands.
- Oversee master production schedules, achieving key inventory metrics while ensuring materials compliance.
- Partner with downstream teams to deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
- Address labor and materials shortages, backlog issues, and schedule disruptions with agility and confidence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve product and supply challenges.
- Manage the full PO lifecycle, including creation, updates, and escalation management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with vendors and finance teams.
- Drive backlog management activities, including substitution requests and warehouse escalations, to meet operational targets.
- Maintain optimal RC inventory levels through coordinated efforts with warehousing and planning teams.
- Ensure accurate order processing for OEM and broker component sales, tracking, and execution.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in supply planning, procurement, or related roles within a fast-paced supply chain environment.
- Expertise with supply planning systems and tools, along with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to coordinate complex activities, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across teams.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with SEMS or similar escalation management tools.
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques and master production scheduling.
- Familiarity with invoice dispute resolution and financial reconciliation.
- Previous experience working with OEMs and handling PO lifecycle management.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in supply planning or procurement roles, ideally in the technology or manufacturing sectors.
Other Requirements:
- This role operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as needed.
- Availability to participate in cross-departmental meetings and resolve issues in real time.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
