Title: Finance Project Analyst
Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension)

As a key player supporting equity accounting and management, you'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of critical financial processes that underpin our company's growth. What You Will Do:
- Support equity accounting in alignment with ASC 718 standards
- Assist in administering equity plans, including monthly grants and vesting processes
- Handle ESO exercises tax reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
- Perform detailed work related to SBC accounting and equity management to maintain compliance and precision
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Over 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with process improvement and project management
- Familiarity with Share works, UltiPro, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Gemini or other AI agents for financial automation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting or finance experience
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to engage in continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

The hourly pay rate for this position is $93.19. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
