Position: Staff UX Designer (loyalty focus) 
Location: Hybrid 4 days onsite – Atlanta, GA
Employment Type: 3-4 month W2 Contract with potential for extensions 

About the Position:

Our client is seeking a Staff UX Designer to play a pivotal role in enhancing enterprise experiences through innovative, user-centered design solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with strategists, designers, and researchers to craft seamless end-to-end experiences, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and solving complex problems.

You will apply design thinking techniques, conduct usability testing, mentor junior team members, and help drive UX best practices across a range of products and initiatives. This position requires both hands-on design execution and strategic leadership to elevate the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor junior UX team members, helping to align organizational needs with candidate skillsets.

• Deliver UX design artifacts and lead usability testing for assigned products, overseeing and guiding the work of other designers.

• Lead planning and strategy activities to align design patterns, define testing methodologies, and drive the organizational value of UX.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and cohesive user experiences across multiple initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7–9 years of UX experience within an enterprise or retail environment, or equivalent educational background.

• Experience working closely with agile software development teams.

• Proven ability to initiate, manage, and drive complex projects independently.

• Experience integrating multiple product efforts into a cohesive, end-to-end user experience.

• Ability to teach, lead, and mentor junior contributors effectively.

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $65.00 to $70.00/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
