Job Title: UX/UI Designer & Researcher (AI SaaS – v0.dev design experience required)

Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract with opportunity for long-term engagement
 

Overview:
Our client, a newly launched AI-focused UX agency, is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer & Researcher to support the early development of cutting-edge SaaS products at the intersection of generative AI, user experience, and rapid product innovation. With clients already secured and multiple full-time roles in the pipeline, this contract role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a startup-style environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute UX/UI design efforts from the ground up (v0) for generative AI products

• Conduct AI-focused user research to inform product direction and design decisions

• Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for SaaS platforms

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment

• Contribute to product strategy, usability testing, and rapid prototyping

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience

• Proven experience designing v0.dev products in the generative AI space

• Strong background in AI UX research and methodologies

• Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and user needs

• Ability to thrive in a startup or early-stage agency environment

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working in hybrid teams or with distributed product teams

• Portfolio showcasing v0.dev AI products and research-driven design processes

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $50.00 to $55.00/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
