Job Title: Product Management Workshop Facilitator (Contract)

Overview
We are seeking experienced Product Management professionals to facilitate an upcoming workshop series as part of our APM Bootcamp. This program is designed to teach core product management fundamentals to our Associate Product Management (APM) cohort. All training materials are fully developed—your role will be to lead engaging sessions, guide discussions, and bring the content to life through real-world insights and interactive delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate in-person Product Management training sessions for APM participants
Deliver pre-built workshop content in a clear, engaging, and interactive manner
Foster discussion, answer questions, and provide practical context from your product experience
Create an inclusive and collaborative learning environment
Prepare ahead of sessions to become familiar with materials and flow (1–2 weeks of prep expected)
Qualifications

Professional experience in Product Management or a closely related field desired
Strong understanding of product fundamentals (e.g., product lifecycle, discovery, prioritization, stakeholder management)
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to engage and energize early-career professionals
Prior teaching, training, or workshop facilitation experience 
Time Commitment

Preparation: 1–2 weeks (part-time, flexible)
Delivery: 2 full days
Workshop Details

Program: APM Bootcamp 
Dates: July 23rd & July 24th
Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (In-person)
Audience: ~20 Rotational Associate Product Managers (RAPMs)

This is a great opportunity to mentor emerging product talent and contribute to the development of future product leaders, without the need to create training materials from scratch.

The compensation range for this position is $40 to $50 
(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
