In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with data engineers and cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, high-performance software that advances state-of-the-art algorithms and transforms data management practices. Your expertise will help elevate the quality and efficiency of our data collection and processing systems, enabling our organization to push the boundaries of technology.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming
- Expertise developing applications using Django and Django Rest Framework
- Skilled in designing and building web user interfaces with React and a solid understanding of UX principles
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with data collection and management at high volume, variety, and velocity
- Familiarity with other frontend frameworks or cloud services
- Prior involvement in performance optimization and scalable architecture design
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development, with a track record of working on complex systems
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to participate in design reviews, code reviews, and collaborative planning sessions
- No travel requirements

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $68.00 to $83.58 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
