TITLE: UX Content Spec/Strategist
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/29/2026 to 06/25/2027
Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Experience Designers and accessibility partners to ensure content accurately matches features and functionality
  • Ensures content is written appropriately for all audiences
  • Applies and updates existing content strategies to accommodate new products and campaigns
  • Validates that content is correctly and accurately implemented across the digital platforms
  • Writes, edits, and implements content based on the content strategy, including voice and tone
  • Ensures content aligns with customer- / business-centric site goals

Requirements:

  • Figma – content design within components and design systems
  • Ability to support multiple teams’ content needs (~5 teams)
  • Ability to follow a design system’s content requirements/style
  • 2+ years of experience
Preferred
  • Figma experience to review and add comments on existing designs from Experience Designers

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $43.31 to $51.36 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
