TITLE: IT Infrastructure Integration Manager
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA or Birmingham, AL – hybrid – local candidates

Direct Hire: Competitive base salary, 30% bonus, pension, matching 401K, medical/dental, PTO/holiday pay etc! 

Minimum 3 years of experience managing staff and budgets supporting middleware and or platforms (OpenShift, IIS, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, Java, Oracle Client, etc.)

  • Develops and implements a comprehensive computing services technology roadmap for the enterprise.
  • Drives and manages continuous improvement of computing solutions and services, including delivery, maintenance, provisioning, and support.
  • Partners with business leaders and work closely with TO business partner account executives to align computing services with business needs.
  • Applies strategic thinking to a variety of opportunities and challenges, serving as a strategic partner and business enabler.
  • Drives innovation and leverages technology to create value.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with senior leadership, industry peers, external vendors, and suppliers.
  • Leads critical strategic initiatives to improve and optimize the computing infrastructure.
  • Delivers computing solutions that balance standardization and customization.
  • Manages cost-effective computing services, rationalizing and simplifying technology systems and projects.
  • Enforces policies, best practices, systems, and lifecycle management within the technology portfolio.
  • Anticipates future industry needs and technology shifts.
  • Leads and manages a team of computing services leaders and technical professionals.
  • Monitors and evaluates organizational efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Oversees the overall computing services budget and financial performance.
  • Hires, develops, and retains a qualified and diverse leadership team.
  • Fosters an environment of accountability, innovation, and engagement.
  • Collaborates as a key member of the Infrastructure Services leadership team.
  • Four or more years of experience in IT, leading teams, and supporting infrastructure or applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of technology environments, including telecommunications, networks, compute, application integration, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience establishing and defining technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Change management capabilities and the ability to lead through change.
  • Knowledge of current and future technology trends.
  • Ability to influence senior management and build strong relationships internally and with vendors.
  • Collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Proven efficiency-driving skills through technology management and portfolio rationalization.
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment, with understanding of risk, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Ability to connect strategic dots and exercise good business judgment.
  • Talent attraction and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical topics.

The compensation range for this position is competitive (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
