System Analyst

Title: System Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN/St. Louis, MO/Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6-7 Months

Responsibilities:

• Manage the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules and digital content for compatibility and functionality.
• Upload and configure learning content, ensuring metadata accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
• Build and maintain structured learning paths, curricula, journeys, and channels aligned with business needs.
• Create and manage course assignments and assignment groups.
• Partner with learning consultants, instructional designers, facilitators, and program managers to deploy learning programs effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to end users and stakeholders regarding LMS and LXP functionality and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and learner experience through automation and innovation.
• Follow procedures, controls, and workflows related to compliance and governance.
• Update information regarding cases and assignments, support audits, and respond to data requests.

Requirements:

• Cornerstone OnDemand experience mandatory, with at least 3 years of solid understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• ServiceNow or other ticketing experience.
• Experience in receiving a ServiceNow ticket, meeting with requesters, and performing work in Cornerstone.
• Technical proficiency in evaluating and troubleshooting digital learning content.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with testing and troubleshooting eLearning content.
• Building and maintaining structured learning paths and curricula.
• Collaborating with learning stakeholders and providing support in LMS/LXP environments.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $49.39 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
