Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior UX / Experience Designer to support a complex customer acquisition platform focused on designing digital experiences for both internal users and external customers.
This role is ideal for a senior designer who thrives in ambiguity and can independently lead work from discovery through design delivery. Success in this role requires a strong balance of interaction design, visual design, user-centered design methods, and systems thinking, paired with the ability to navigate complex workflows and enterprise environments.
This is a senior-level role for someone who can define problems, uncover insights, simplify complexity, and create scalable future-state experiences across interconnected systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery, problem framing, and early-stage concept development, translating insights into actionable design strategies
- Design end-to-end digital experiences across complex acquisition-related workflows and platform experiences
- Audit existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve fragmented user experiences
- Translate business, operational, and user needs into:
- Journey maps
- User flows
- Wireframes
- Interactive prototypes
- High-fidelity UI designs
- Design within established enterprise design systems while ensuring accessibility and consistency
- Apply user-centered design methodologies to plan and conduct discovery, synthesize findings, and communicate recommendations
- Partner closely with:
- Product managers
- Engineers
- Researchers
- Content/design peers
- Business stakeholders
- Participate in roadmap planning, Agile ceremonies, design reviews, and delivery collaboration
- Clearly communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations across stakeholders

- Interaction Design: 5+ years
- Visual Design: 5+ years
- User-Centered Design: 5+ years
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX, Product Design, or Experience Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design leadership across discovery, concepting, design, and delivery
- Proven experience designing complex workflows, enterprise applications, or platform-based products
- Expertise in interaction design and information architecture
- Strong visual design craft and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience working within established design systems
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to independently lead work in ambiguous problem spaces
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments
- Experience designing complex operational workflows or internal platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise design systems
- Experience applying AI tools for ideation, prototyping, or research synthesis
- Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams is a plus
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $50.00 to $68.97/hr.
