UX Generalist (AI & Design Systems Focus)
Location: Remote – Must be located in Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, or Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Long-Term W2 Contract
Rate: $60–65/hr W2
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer / UX Designer to join a highly collaborative enterprise product team focused on complex digital experiences, scalable systems, and AI-enabled product innovation. This role will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable experiences across enterprise platforms and customer-facing products.
The ideal candidate has a strong systems-thinking mindset, thrives in Agile product environments, and is comfortable designing complex workflows, reusable patterns, and data-rich experiences. This person should be confident presenting design work at all phases, collaborating cross-functionally, and proactively driving work forward with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design responsive web experiences and complex product workflows across enterprise platforms
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Contribute to and extend scalable design systems, reusable patterns, design tokens, and web components
• Design intuitive experiences for data-rich applications, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the full product lifecycle
• Present and communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership
• Incorporate content strategy and UX writing best practices into product experiences
• Explore and apply GenAI and Agentic AI experience principles within enterprise product ecosystems
• Mentor peers and help drive UX best practices across the team
Required Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of UX/Product Design experience in enterprise or corporate environments
• Strong experience designing responsive web and/or enterprise application experiences
• Advanced Figma proficiency including prototyping and design systems
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems, reusable components, and design tokens
• Strong understanding of user flows, journey mapping, and interaction design
• Experience designing complex systems with data visualization or workflow-heavy experiences
• Familiarity with AI-driven UX patterns, GenAI experiences, or intelligent system interactions
• Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with software development and product teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience designing AI-assisted or conversational experiences
• Experience working with enterprise platforms, SaaS products, or operational systems
• Accessibility and usability best practices experience
• Experience mentoring junior designers or leading design direction within teams
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $65.00/hr.
