UX Generalist (Telematics & Mobile Experiences)
Location: Remote – Must be located in Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, or Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Long-Term W2 Contract
Rate: $60–65/hr W2
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer / Mobile UX Designer to join a collaborative enterprise mobile product team focused on telematics, connected experiences, and customer-facing mobile applications. This role will support initiatives across mobile safety, driving assistance, accident support, and related digital experiences within a fast-paced Agile environment.
The ideal candidate has strong native mobile UX experience across iOS and Android, thrives in collaborative product environments, and is comfortable contributing across the full design lifecycle — from user flows and prototyping through polished UI execution and content collaboration.
This person should be highly collaborative, comfortable presenting work to product and business stakeholders, and able to work effectively within established native design systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design intuitive native mobile experiences across iOS and Android platforms
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content/design partners
• Contribute to customer-facing experiences related to telematics, driving assistance, safety, and connected mobile products
• Utilize and extend existing native mobile design systems and reusable components
• Support content strategy and UX writing efforts in partnership with content experience teams
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
• Translate complex requirements into streamlined, user-centered mobile experiences
• Participate in Agile product development processes and collaborate throughout implementation
Required Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of UX/Product Design experience with a strong focus on native mobile applications
• Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms
• Advanced Figma proficiency including prototyping and design systems
• Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, interaction design, and user flows
• Experience working within established design systems and native component libraries
• Content strategy and/or UX writing collaboration experience
• Experience collaborating closely with software development and product teams in Agile environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with telematics, connected products, automotive, mobility, or insurance-related applications
• Experience designing customer support, safety, or operational mobile workflows
• Familiarity with accessibility and usability best practices
• Experience contributing to enterprise-scale mobile products
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $65.00/hr.
