• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and customer-centric thinking throughout the product lifecycle
• Stay informed on emerging trends in conversational AI, NLP, LLMs, and intelligent assistant experiences
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Experience designing conversational interfaces, chatbot experiences, AI-assisted workflows, or interactive digital products
• Strong understanding of conversational UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience creating user flows, conversation maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Strong portfolio showcasing conversational UI, AI-enabled products, or complex interaction design work
• Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders in Agile environments
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and proactively move work forward
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with AI-driven products, LLMs, NLP technologies, or intelligent assistant platforms
• Familiarity with chatbot architectures, conversational patterns, or AI orchestration workflows
• Understanding of machine learning concepts or AI technology ecosystems
• Experience designing enterprise-scale digital products or customer support experiences
